Flashback To The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air For Charity

Written by Tim Saunders

Here’s one for all the people out there who remember the 1990’s – an exciting new celebrity charity auction is giving you the chance to have lunch with the original cast of Fresh Prince Of Bel Air, including Will Smith, Tatyana Ali, Karyn Parsons, Alfonso Ribeiro and James Avery.

Anybody who owned a TV in the 90’s will remember the Fresh Prince – it ran on NBC from September 1990 until May 1996 and launched the soaring career of Will Smith. And who can forget that theme song:

Now, this is a story all about how
My life got flipped-turned upside down
And I liked to take a minute
Just sit right there
I’ll tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel Air!

The auction gives you and a friend the chance to attend a dinning experience with the cast of the hit show at a trendy LA restaurant, a meet-and-greet with Will Smith, and gifts from Red Bull and MyWorkButterfly.com.

Preceeds from the auction will go to Sweet Blackberry, a non-profit organization whose mission is to bring little known stories of African American achievement to children everywhere.

The auction runs until February 28 at CharityBuzz.com.
